  Went in there were at least 5 salespeople in almost empty store. I had a question about instructions for something and had to go all the way to cash register to ask, where I found two fat middle aged men playing a game on their phones. They were annoyed by my question. I went back and got the item anyway and showed the cashier where the instructions were actually found on the box, which I had to search for myself. I am elderly and this item was awkward and not completely light weight. I said so. Cashier was clearly annoyed. I'll have to go there again, unless I find office depot, but not happy. customer service is awful
