  When they do show the tech does a great job, whom ever does the scheduling and routing needs to be removed from service. We have had service with them for 4 months and they have messed up 3 appointments, not a big deal to some but we are very busy people with 3 children in various sports and activities plus I work around 100 hours a week so keeping a schedule is very important to us.
